Since its establishment, the Company has supplied high-precision GNSS chips, modules, receivers, and related products to customers worldwide. These products are primarily designed and marketed for civilian and commercial applications, including surveying and mapping, transportation, robotics, unmanned systems, and other industrial sectors.
The Company continuously monitors developments in the international trade environment and is committed to complying with applicable export control requirements and other relevant laws and regulations. In recent years, the Company has continued to strengthen its internal compliance framework through enhanced customer screening, end-use controls, and risk assessment procedures to support the sustainable development of its international business. The Company remains committed to conducting its business in a prudent, transparent, and responsible manner.
The Company takes its inclusion on the relevant FCDO list seriously. Based on the information currently available to the public, the Company understands that the decision was made by the relevant UK authorities in accordance with their assessment of the information available to them. The Company is currently seeking further information regarding the background to and basis for the decision. It has initiated an internal review and is engaging with relevant parties through appropriate channels to further clarify the relevant circumstances.
