ComNav and The Foundation for the Establishment of the Network of Permanent Stations of the Dominican Republic (FUNDCORSRD) donated two N3 IMU GNSS Receivers to the Surveying School of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD).

The donation was made in the presence of the rector of UASD, Ms. Emma Polanco, and the head of the school of surveying, Mr. Andrés Rosario, as well as the dean of the faculty of engineering and architecture, among other professors and employees of the UASD. They appreciated the donation, which will be used for field practices of specialized Topography and Geodesy by the student.

The president of FUNDCORSRD, Mr. Juan Manuel Sosa, and the General Manager of ComNav DOMINICANA, Mr. Juan Emilio Castellanos, both said that this donation intended to help the surveyors graduated from UASD with the academic knowledge and practical training required by the current job market.
